How your information is used when you complete a movement screen.
Who we are
Mobility Map Coach is a coaching tool used by your coach to screen how you move and to build a mobility plan. Your coach is the data controller. For any question about your data, contact your coach directly.
What we collect
The details you enter (name, email, training background, goals and any limitations), your answer about current pain or symptoms, and the videos you upload of the movements. These videos are used only to analyse how you move.
Why we collect it, and our basis
We use it solely to produce and share your movement screen and mobility plan. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give before starting. Pain and symptom answers are used to keep you safe (we pause the screen and recommend you see a professional where appropriate).
How it's stored and shared
Your information is held securely on the coach's own server and is used only for your screen and plan. It is not sold, and not shared with third parties for marketing. Email is sent through a delivery provider purely so your plan reaches your inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you remain a client, or until you ask us to delete it. Original videos may be deleted automatically once the analysis has been produced.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time — just contact your coach. If you withdraw consent, we stop using your data and delete it where we can.
